referer-log option broken?

hi all,
the latest version of squid (i'm running
nt-branch but i'm sure this applies to HEAD as well)
tell me "unrecognized: referer_log c:/squid/var/logs/referer.log"
when i "-k check" squid. (of course i compiled squid with
the --enable-referer-log option)
is this a bug?
