Quite likely (NTLMv2). Our NTLMSSP capabilities negotiation is
non-existent I would say.. the squid<->helper protocol is flawed. See
prior discussion regarding NTLMv2.

Ok. Then we can only speculate on what the problem may be, and the most
likely thread is a client trying to use NTLMv2.
