Autoconf 2.53 can co-exist with autoconf 2.13 if installed carefully.
It's available via the FreeBSD ports (www.squid-cache.org is FreeBSD
IIRC). The ports descriptions suggest that 2.13 only be installed if it
has to be, so it seems like 2.53 is the main version for FreeBSD these
days?
I guess the key question is: is there anything being built nightly on
squid-cache.org that *needs* 2.13? For anything else you could swap
packages temporarily, if it came to that.
