(Fwd) Squid doesn't work whith FTP IIS Server

 I don't quite know how ftp is handled in squid. I can only think
 of IIS timestamping files in way that squid thinks they are brandnew.
 If IIS does not support MDTM, is there easy way to workaround that?

I think FTP Cache doesn't work because FTP IIS
Server does not support
MDTM.

2/ On the other hand if i download file from FTP
WartFTPD who accept
MDTM command it's OK :
