Re: cachemgr.cgi is now cachemgr, it is correct ?

Think I have got it, but it needs to be verified on Cygwin and I currently
have no box with the whole cygwin environment installed (only runtime)..

If someone could verify that HEAD gets it correct on cygwin I would be
grateful.
