cachemgr.cgi is now cachemgr, it is correct ?

Hi,

I have just build from scratch a new Solaris 8 x86 system with the
20/06/2002 tarball of Squid 2.5 PRE7, and configuring cachemgr, I have
found that cachemgr was installed as libexec/cachemgr and not
libexec/cachemgr.cgi.

Is this a desired behaviour ?
