Sounds good to me, with the small exception that any UNIX emulation
code that you think may be useful in other ports should go into
lib/<function_emulated>.c, and quite likely any emulation that is
specific for your port as well.. Support functions for a specific
porting probably should be under the proposed port/<portname> tree.
