Does not look like a rproxy bug at all.. more likely a generic Squid-2.6
bug on pipelined requests.

Try the following in squid.conf as a workaround:

pipeline_prefetch off

Please report back to the squid-dev list.

The features that do most likely do not work in rproxy at the moment is
the error mapping function and server probes.
