Interesting feature, but I don't think I agree on the approach, or on
the log format..
I think such mark assignment belongs in http_access processing, not
acl definitions. And what to do if there is conflicting "acl marks"
in the same http_access line?
If such tags are to be logged in an existing field then the hierarchy
field is probably the most proper field, not the user identity.
Note: It is not safe to assume the user identity field is only used
for ident. In fact the major use of this field is for proxy
authentication.. and # may be valid in user names..
