Do we need to wait for this to be fixed before 2.5.PRE, or is it OK if the
winbindd helper is brought up to date at a later time?
NTLM auth is a pretty important feature for 2.5 so when we
reach 2.5.STABLE1 there should be a setup that works reasonably well.
