May be that this is a Cygwin kernel problem.
If you remember, before the latest Cygwin release, 1.3.6, Squid doesn't
work at all with Cygwin revision major of 1.3.2.
Now, at work, I have just checked the URL using a 2.5 on Solaris x86 2.6,
with no problems.
In the next days I will start with more tests.
