Announce: winbind-based basic-auth helper completed

I've coded and performed initial testing of a winbind-based
basic-auth helper (in fact, it shares most of its code with its
ntlm counterpart) in the ntlm branch. Setup instructions are
the same as with the ntlm helper.

Please consider importing it into HEAD.
