clientProcessRequest2 dup ipcacheInvalidate

Hi,

It seems that there are duplicate entries of:

if (r->flags.nocache)
  ipcacheInvalidate(r->host);
and...
if (r->flags.nocache) {
  http->entry=NULL;
  ipcacheInvalidate(r->host);
  return LOG_TCP_CLIENT_REFRESH_MISS;
}

in function clientProcessRequest2(...). Any special reason?
