[PATCH] - Cumulative patch for Squid 2.3 STABLE 4

Hi,

Working on NT native port of Squid 2.3 STABLE 4, I have back-ported some
Squid patches to 2.3 STABLE 4.
Attached there is the patch file.
Theses patches are currently running fine on two 2.6 Solaris x86 and one
Windows NT system with multiple cache directories.
The patch file is generated against s2_3 branch on SourceForge.

Include patches are:

- "Couple of type-Os, misspellings in configure.in" - Bugzilla #71
- gcc 2.95.3 fix
- "squid died after receiving SMNP v3 query" - Bugzilla #97
- "STABLE4 : Cache Space grows (even with src/store.c patched)" - Bugzilla #42
- "cache-manager AS Number Database bug" - Bugzilla #4
- "Unable to parse legitimate date field" - Bugzilla #3
- "fails to close useragent log" - Bugzilla #102
- "Fix for some memory leaks" - Bugzilla #162
- ie_refresh fix
- 2.5 snmp-internal.h code clean

I don't know if can be a good thing merge this code on the old 2.3 STABLE 4
branch.
