squid-2.4 time?

ARe there any *critical bugs* ? I've briefly looked at the
bugzilla site and there isn't anything really criticial
thats showing up..

I think its about time we just bit the bullet and rolled out
squid-2.4STABLE1. Then we can deal with the evilnesses people
find, and work towards making squid-2.4STABLE2 (or 5 :)
rock stable.
