acconfig.h is the special ones that is not automatically derived from
configure.in. This is for example anything set with AC_DEFINE.
Any defines which gets automatically set as sideeffects from the
standard autoconf macros (AC_CHECK_FUNC and the like) automatically gets
added to autoconf.h.in with a sane comment.
