We got a complaint that Squid installs files with file permissions that
are too relaxed. If the squid machine has other users on it, then they
could probably read the configuration file, log files, etc.
Can you think of any reasons that squid should NOT install and create
directories with owner-only permissions set?
Either way someone will complain that the defaults are "wrong" for
their installation and Squid should be changed for some reason
or another.
