Basic question about squid source code

Hi all,

This might be a very basic question for you people, but it is something
that will be highly useful for me.

The question is this: How do I enable the debug facility in squid? For
example, there is a line like this

        debug(25, 5, "mime_get_header: returning '%s'\n", q);

What does the "25" and "5" indicate? And how do I enable printing of these
debugging messages? Is there an option that I enable while compiling?

Any help will be appreciated!
