b21 and binary headers

Hi there,

        Just to let you know that support for binary http headers has not
been fully committed into b21 (and, thus, looks somewhat weired). A few fixes
and Henrik's patches are pending but not forgotten. We expect to finish the
testing by the end of the next week or so. B21 has a few important bug fixes
and improvements regardless of half-done header stuff.

P.S. Documentation for the new header interface is in the works and should be
available in the same time frame.
