Henrik asked me to send this here. It is my implementation of squidfs
into 1.2beta20+patchset1. Casual testing at my site indicates its working
fairly nicely. You can grab it from
http://www.mgl.ca/~estern/packetsquid-1.2.beta20.tar.gz.
It contains only the files in /src!
