Well.. it was a quick fix to support mime.conf based icon types in a
generic way. It allows any type to be used for any icon, as long as the
icon type is specified before a it is used for any other type-icon.
It the requirement feels ugly then we could spend some additional time
to remove the recurement. Make the mime.conf loading in two steps, first
read mime.conf then load the icons.
